Returns Policy

Return your order for free within 30 days of the shipment date. We cannot accept returns beyond this time frame and will return them to you.

Exchange your order within 30 days of the shipment date. All items need to be returned unworn, in their original packaging and with a completed returns form.

Please note: engraved watches cannot be returned since they have no resale value

Return items in the condition you received them in. All items need to be returned unworn, in their original packaging (including protective films and tags attached and in the sleeve cover) and with a completed returns form. If the watch is returned in perfect condition, but the strap has been used or marked then a refund will only be granted on the watch. Please note all returned watches are examined under a high level of magnification to check for surface scratches due to the high polished nature of a number of our cases.

Worldwide Returns

Please include a completed returns note and take the parcel to your nearest Royal Mail drop off point. Make a note of the barcode number on the shipping label so you can track your parcel. Please allow 10 days for the parcel to reach us. If you choose to post the item back yourself, please include a completed returns note with the parcel and send to the following address: Farer Ltd, Hazelwood Farm, Bottle Lane, Warfield, United Kingdom, RG42 5RX

For Royal Mail: Use the 13 digit "Barcode" reference on your Post Office receipt to track your return, e.g. BZ395173030GB.

Returns usually take 2 to 5 working days to reach Farer and we then aim to process them within 7 working days of the date of receipt. We recommend using Royal Mail tracked and signed delivery service to track the return of your parcel.

If you have not received your refund within 10 days of returning your order, please send proof of postage to enquiries@farer.com and a member of the team will look into it for you. Please note that we will be unable to assist you if you have not retained proof of postage.

If you would like to arrange an international return, please email enquiries@farer.com before arranging to return the item. There are two options, we can provide FedEx/DHL details for free returns. Alternatively, you can send your return via a tracked and signed for service. However you choose to return your package, please include a completed delivery note with your return so we can identify it easily and send the parcel to the following address: Farer Ltd Returns, Hazelwood Farm, Bottle Lane, Warfield, United Kingdom, RG42 5RX. Please retain a proof of postage receipt until you’ve been credited for your return. Farer is not responsible for items lost in transit. 

Returns usually take 5 to 15 working days to reach Farer and we then aim to process them within 7 working days of the date of receipt.

If you have not received your refund within 20 days of returning your order, please send proof of postage to enquiries@farer.com and a member of the team will look into it for you. Please note that we will be unable to assist you if you have not retained proof of postage.
